REISHII

The Reishi mushroom, also known as the "mushroom of immortality," has been used in Asian medicine for centuries. It is not considered a typical edible mushroom, but is mostly consumed as a tea or extract. Reishi is said to strengthen the immune system, help with stress and exhaustion, and support mental performance—for example, through improved concentration and clarity, as well as protection against neurodegenerative processes.
